Actress, model file lawsuit saying they were beaten in anti-white attack at Midtown nightclub!
An actress says she and her friends were beaten bloody by a gang of anti-white bigots at a Midtown nightclub, and they’re now suing the business to force release of video showing the alleged attack.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, Jennifer Agostini, 43, model Prendinellys Garcia, 46, and two others said they were attacked in a early Saturday brawl at the Sky Room club on W. 40th St. near Eighth Ave., after a dust-up with a bouncer.
Agostini and Garcia state they got the worst of the beating from 10 to 15 people who allegedly screamed slurs like “white m—–f——,” “dirty white b——” and “f— those white b—— and their money,” according to the suit.
Agostini said her face was scarred and cut in the attack, while Garcia suffered cuts to her scalp. A male friend, Chris Selletti, said he suffered a “puncture to his lung and rib area.”

None apparently filed a police report, an NYPD spokeswoman said Tuesday.
The group was attending another actress’ birthday party when they were asked to leave the VIP area. They had run up a more than $900 tab, and when Garcia’s husband Cal Stuart went to pay it, they realized a club host still had a credit card belonging to another partygoer, the suit states.
That led to a confrontation with a bouncer, described in the lawsuit as “black male, bald head, white goatee, wandering eye approximately six-feet two-inches tall, wearing a black turtle neck and black pants.” The bouncer allegedly pushed the woman who was trying to retrieve her credit card, then “continued to manhandle two women” before Stuart objected, according to the lawsuit.
“She was asking for the credit card. She was trying to get her credit card. And the bouncer pushed her, and pushed her really hard, and my husband said, ‘You don’t have to put your hands on a woman like that,’” Garcia told the Daily News.
The brawl started shortly after, as Agostini and her group were leaving, according to the lawsuit.
“Jennifer got the worst of it,” Garcia said. “There were two or three bouncers there, and no one was doing anything.”
Garcia said most of the attackers were black women. “They were screaming, ‘These white b——!’” she alleged. “I’m Puerto Rican, my girlfriends are white, my husband’s white, everybody else is white. It was crazy.”
Management at the Sky Room did not immediately return a message seeking comment Tuesday night.
